Children were extremely vulnerable to Nazi murder or death during the Holocaust. It is estimated 1,500,000 children were killed either directly by the Nazi’s or as a consequence of Nazi actions.
The Nazi Party were motivated to kill Jewish children due to Hitler’s hatred towards the Jewry religion, which deflected onto the Nazi armies. Hitler wanted to obtain a pure German race, and this was impossible without eliminating Jewish people.
